Soft approach to periimplant tissues

National Camlog Congres Hungary in Szeged

In most cases compensation of the loss of hard and soft tissue is attempted by means of bone and connective tissue transplants during implant placement. The success of these techniques often isn’t dictated by the materials that have been put under the gingiva. The result is often heavily influenced at the start of a procedure (incision) and at the end (suture). Avoiding disturbance of the microcirculation is key. A soft approach to periimplant tissues determines treatment outcome.
